Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.3.500 Tools do not open in IE or Firefox
We have been using IE 11 in Enterprise Mode to work in Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.3.500 workspace. Until a few weeks ago, it worked fine. Now, the planning tools like Job Console, Copy Version, or Import and Export Status do not work. Clicking on them nothing happens. This problem occurs regardless if I use IE 11 in Enterprise Mode, IE 9 or Firefox version 48 or 52. One user with IE 8 was able to still access the tools but I have not been able to recreate.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
