Cannot Query Receipt

Hi All,

I have a weird issue where couple of users are unable to query for a receipt, however, I am able to view a receipt perfectly fine using the same responsibility as these users. Nothing that I know of has changed in there responsibilities or such. Basically, they cannot find any receipts in Oracle, and get the error message "FRM-40301: Query caused no records to be returned. Re-Enter" where searching by the "Flash Light" tool or by querying using F11. However, the strange part is that when they view an invoice, and look for an attached receipt, they are able to view that receipt and only that receipt.
