Siebel Application Crash on PSP Driver Process

Hi,

we are getting siebel Application crash around "PSP Driver Workflow Process", we got 3 different pattern on this crash , out of 3 patterns, in 2 i can see process instance id and record id (crashed on price call and Eligibility call), i checked that record there was no error did Re-price and Eligibility call particular records, no error and no crash as well.

This is intermittent behavior (2-3 Crash) per day, not able to reproduce.

Any help on this is highly appreciated.
