Recommended Bundle for AIX 11.2.0.4.with Critical Fixes

Hi,

There is a document : Doc ID 2022567.1     This N-apply patch supersedes bundle 1 Patch 20208022

I m planning to upgrade from 11.2.0.3 +psu15 to  11.2.0.4+psu17 on AIX power .       i installed 11.2.0.4 and applied psu17  before upgrade.  when i met  above document i m confused a bit.

should i apply also this Patch ( Patch 20208022 )  ?  or PSU's  includes bundle patches ? i think it does not.
