What is the aim of exceptions WSH_LOCATION_REGIONS1 and 2 ?

Hello everyone,

I would like to purge the table WSH_EXCEPTIONS since we have a huge number of lines inside.

Among them, lots of WSH_LOCATION_REGIONS which are not blocking the shipping of the delivery but seem useless.

That is why, before purging and disabling this option, I would like to be sure of what those exceptions are meant for.

(I am not sure that it is relevant, there is nothing in the table WSH_REGIONS)
