Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Upgraded to R12.1.3 RPC5, get following error on RMA APP-ONT-250274 No manual Discount Available

We upgrade to R12.1.3 RPC5 Patch, since then we cannot update our Sales Order Prices or RMA prices .

We get the following error APP-ONT-250274 No Manual Discount Available.
