Change Organization option in Payable Responsibilty

Hi,

We know that Payable module is based on Operating Unit and not on Inventory Org , so even if we add the Function 'MRPCHORG' (Change Organization - MRP) to the menu AP_NAVIGATE_GUI12 of Payables Superuser, the option of Change Organization will not work.

But how can it be seen in the Application that , Payables are Operating Unit dependent ? Is there any Profile Option or Role Based Security ?
