Service Order status not updated to 'SHIPPED' after shipping the logistic lines
We have a requirement to automatically update the Service Order status to 'SHIPPED' after the logistic line is shipped.
We have setup the profile option 'CSD: Default Service Order Status After Final Shipping' to 'SHIPPED' but after shipping the repair item the system is not updating the Service Order status to 'SHIPPED'
FYI:
1. This requirement is for repair and return service type
2. After receiving the unit, the system updates the Service Order status to 'RECEIVED' based on the profile option setup: CSD: Default Service Order Status After Receiving.
3. And after WIP job completion the system also updates the Service Order status to 'COMPLETE' based on the profile option value setup: CSD: Complete Work Service Order Status.
