Can anyone please provide detail Information about OTM ?

Hi All,

It would be very helpful to me if you provide detail information and knowledge on OTM.

Myself recently moved SCM Technical to OTM Technial  side and I don't have any knowledge on OTM application and technical side in OTM. Whenever i see the screen in OTM and terminalogy can't understand.

where i can get  proper documentation/links and how to get knowledge in Technical side  and what i should check as a technical consultant because I've to support for one project.

Also please help in Business process. Hope you all well known what I should know to become Technical consultant in OTM. Please help once again.
