9.2.21 feature 20628778 regarding the standardization of AM interface components

I am trying to locate additional information on 9.2.21 feature 20628778 regarding the standardization of AM interface components.  The feature states "the interface components have been standardized to not only provide a consistent user experience, but they have also been consolidated to enable visibility to, update, and approval of both financial and physical interface details from a single component. Additionally, a new Business Unit option allows organizations to control whether interface transactions originating from Payables, Purchasing, or Project Costing are auto-approved."  In addition, I can view the 9 associated bugs for it but I cannot find any information on what
