s_gmftop and s_shttop changed to TRUE in CONTEXT_FILE

Along with a few one-off patches, we applied AD RUP 8 (23569686), ADO RUP 9 (23335336), EBS R12.1.3 RUP 5 (22644544) and HRMS RUP 10.

When completed, I noticed these two values in our CONTEXT file are now set to TRUE instead of FALSE.

s_gmftop and s_shttop

GMF - Oracle Process Manufacturing Financials

SHT - Applications Shared Technology

I haven't been able to find any documentation on this being changed in RUP5. Has anyone else experience this?  Do we need these set to TRUE for a reason?
