R12 instance - Java error

We have 4 R12 instances...12 version as 12.0.6. Now all instances are working fine but one of the test instance does not open the oracle window after clicking any function after login. Now the required Java is installed in my machine also if i check the Java console opened it shows the message only:

Java Plug-in 1.6.0_14
Using JRE version 1.6.0_14-b08 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
User home directory = C:\Users\735095
