R470412 doesnt update Italy Withholding table F74411

Hello,

I had a query regarding the updating of withholding Tax localization table (F74411) during EDI voucher match for Italy. From what we have seen, the EDI process (R470412) doesn't update the Withholding Tax table (F74411) for Italy. The process of voucher match / standard voucher entry works fine when processed through the application  wherein the form associated with application P74411 is called for specifying the Withholding tax which then updates the F74411 table.

The EDI process doesn't create the record even if we use the same voucher match version that has been set-up in the application for which it which works perfectly fine.
