Dear All,

I tried everything to resolve this problem ( applied the latest patch of BI Publisher released in April )

Analytics is working, weblogic also, EM shows no errors.

Solutions I tried:

Access SOAP BI Consumer Role, BI System Role  - done

Impersonate as system user BI Administrator Role, BI System Role  - done

Clear the content of the _WL_USER cache for the BI Publisher deployed application on each managed server, like eg.:

..../user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/servers/bi_server1/tmp/_WL_user/bipublisher_11.1.1/

keep the bipublisher_11.1.1 but remove the content (recursively)

Go to /user-projects/domains/bifoundation_domain/servers/bi_server1/temp/_WL_user/
