Application Diagnostics responsibility for specific OU

R12.1.3

We have responsibility Application Diagnostics for gathering info for SR's.

To run a test you usually need to select a responsibility (from your list of available).

Is it possible to create a version of Application Diagnostics responsibility linked to a specific Operating Unit ?

I created one, linking the usual Profiles (MO: Operating Unit, GL Ledger Name etc) thinking I could just use this to run diagnostics (using same in Responsibility ID parameter).

Projects Costing Data Collection works fine but Payables Invoice Data errors with 'Choose a responsibility which has access to this organization to collect data for this invoice or enter another invoice id using the list of values'.
