Freight handling code based on order type

Hi ,

I have a requirement where the freight handling code has to populated based on the order type .

How can we do it ?

One more question :

when i select the payable option in R4981 report processing options , its not generating the freight line, its fine . but its not moving the order status further .

How can we use the payable option option in R4981 report and move the order further .
