401 error

Hi,

We have created a MerchPlan group in Active Directory, and assign the users to the group.

We have configured AD in weblogic server, and we are able to see the group and all the users belong to the group.

But we still got Error 401 - unauthorized error when trying to log on.

I understand this happens when user is not assigned to a security principal group.

But i we are using LDAP, and i can see the users are brought in and they are in the MerchPlan group.

Anything missing? do I need to do anything in weblogic server for the RPAS group created in AD? like add MerchPlan to security principal group?
