UK BACS 1/2 Inch Tape Format vs ISO CGI Credit Transfer Initiation V3 Unstructured

We want to generate a pain.001.001.03 format for UK BACS payments. I understand that Oracle provide a .rtf template for BACS however I'm not familiar with the functionality required to get this format to generate the output in version pain.001.001.03. However Oracle also provide ISOCGI Credit Transfer 001.001.03 Unstructured which is an .xsl format and I'm familiar with this type of template/format and how it  can be copied and modified to produce the file required by our bank.

My question is: Am I correct to use the ISOCGI for the BACS file or should I really be using the UK BACS format? Is there any difference, apart from the template type?

Howdy, Stranger!
