Is there any way i can round up the the ordered quantity based on some rules in advaced pricing

Hi need to round up ordered quantity based on some rule. e.g Pack size is 10 units if customer order 7 I want to round it up to 10. This is required for only few customer and items. Can we update the ordered quantity using advanced pricing.
