analyzerreq.sql output shows run by an unknown manager

Hello

We are having performance issues with a couple of Payments/payables conc jobs, we are R12 Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 (RUP3) with NO RPC applied.

In trying to understand what manager is running them so that i can look at the queue, i ran the analyzerreq.sql for one concurrent job. The output is below.

My question is: why do i get "It was run by an unknown manager.", and what can i do to pinpoint the manager that is running my bad performance jobs?

i  checked and we do not have any inclusion nor exclusion rules when it comes to the 2 specific conc jobs that are acting up performance wise.
