Obsolete Asset Book (and Assets)

Hi,

I have just completed a migration for a client. One of the last steps was to End Date the 'old' (incorrect data) FA Books. These Books have incorrect data associated with them and are not required for any future reporting purposes. They also have a data warehouse that holds this incorrect data. The nighty data warehouse load process picks up all new records created during the previous day.   

Is it possible to delete these records in EBS to free up space?

Separately they could then delete the records from the data warehouse.

p.s. I will raise a separate enquiry regarding the archive/purge functionality.
