Archive - Purge
Hi,
When reviewing doc 144431.1 it specifies that
"The program enables you to archive and purge data from previous fiscal years that is no longer needed for running reports ...The purge program removes the depreciation expense and adjustment transaction records for the book and year you specify".
My client has the following scenario;
- The FA Books have just gone-live (April-2017) in the Production instance
- The Assets were migrated in to the July-2014 period
- Any intervening FA transactions have been processed as the periods were rolled forward (to April-2017) - this was limited to Additions, Retirements and Cost Adjustments.
