Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. iExpense personalization error

Hi all

We are trying to add a custom stack layout in iExpense module when we are trying to add this using personalization we are coming across this error

Unable to create a new Message Layout: 500 attempts failed.

i have the screenshot but it is not allowing me to paste here

please help in this regard
