we are facing error Unable To Reserve PO/requisition

Hi,

This problem we are facing,when ever we apply any patch or while running Validate Application Accounting Definitions programme .we are facing unable reserve document for PO/Requisition.

Recently we applied

After applying by  SR 3-14765306161

Patch#14082924, Patch#9341543, Patch#19276929. we are facing this issue.Please help me.  After do  Apache and Mailer down activity. Issue is got resolved.if  i do reserve again  action,document get approved.
