Cross Validation

My client currently uses one Entity (01) for a particular purpose (and in this case this is the last segment of the CoA).

They now want to split this Entity out to Entities (01 to 09).

One of the issues they have is with the existing Cross Validation Rules – which are fairly explicit when determining rules around Entity 01

Existing

Example (of one X Val rule)

Include

0000-0000-000-00-01     to      zzzz-zzzz-zzz-zz-99

Excludes Entities (Seg 5):

0702-0000-000-00-02     to     0702-zzzz-zzz-zz-59

0702-0000-000-00-61     to     0702-zzzz-zzz-zz-99

(and therefore allows Entity 01 + 60)

Excludes Segment 1 and Segment 2 values (in relation to Entity 01):

0702-2102-000-00-01     to     0702-2124-zzz-zz-01
