Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Difference in Receipt Amount and amount received by bank

hi,

In our system we have a receipt created with 8k amount and amount received for that payment from bank is around 7k.

This receipt is also reconciled in the system.

Under what circumstances Oracle allow reconciliation in cash management?
