Address link in Oracle Customer Data Librarian Superuser is going into error page

Hello,

When we are navigating to Oracle Customer Data Librarian Superuser --> Addresses sub menu.

On clicking on Addresses we are landing into error page.

Only one user is facing the issue, but we checked from 2 more logins we are not having the issue.

Any idea why we are getting the issue for only a particular user.Request your help on this.

Its a bit urgent since the rest works are stucked due to this. We are getting the below error
