Batch Load F3403 (Branch Relationships)

Is there a batch process to load Branch Relationships in F3403?  The application P3403T reqiures an item number to be entered before you can add.  We are setting up DRP from scratch and will have a mass update in preparation for go-live.

If no batch process, is there any harm in using SQL?  Or does adding via P3403T utilize business functions that drive related processes?

Any input is greatly appreciated!
