Inventory Transaction

Hello,

I have 2 question regarding Inventory transaction-

1.Inventory issue P4112

When doing the Inventory issue from one location to other location ,if one location has quantity and cost and other location doesn't have cost .Blank batch is created.how to correct the batch

2.Inventory Transfer P4113

When doing Inventory transfer of inventory from one location which has cost and other location doesn't have cost how the system will behave?
