How to fix one way mirror in Last-erred state.

Hi Team,

I have come across this  situation in one of my metadevice, Please any one advise how can I fix it.

-bash-3.2$ /usr/sbin/metastat -t d38

d38: Mirror

    Submirror 0: d40

      State: Needs maintenance Sat May  7 17:20:17 2017

    Pass: 1

    Read option: roundrobin (default)

    Write option: parallel (default)

    Size: 628455424 blocks (299 GB)

d40: Submirror of d38

    State: Needs maintenance Sat May  7 17:20:17 2017

    Invoke: after replacing "Maintenance" components:

                metareplace d38 /dev/dsk/c2t500A098197094BF3d5s6 <new device>

    Size: 628455424 blocks (299 GB)

    Stripe 0:

        Device                             Start Dbase State       Reloc Hot Spare Time

        /dev/dsk/c2t500A098197094BF3d5s6       0 No    Last Erred  Yes             Sat May  7 17:20:17 2017
