How to recover RAC when node1 ORACLE_BASE is deleted

Hello All,

In the case that ORACLE_BASE on Node1 is deleted accidentally, how can I recover RAC?

2 Nodes RAC

12.1.0.2

Datafiles including controlfile and spfile are in ASM.

No OS/ORACLE_BASE/ORACLE_HOME backup

-----

Is re-installing Grid Infrastructure and Oracle Database required?

If you know the references(MOS etc) which explain the recovery steps,

please let me know.
