Free goods setup to get updated in Weighted Average Cost

Hi,

Please help me to setup below issue

My client is importing the goods and has a warehouse called A.  All imports he is receiving at A  warehouse and sending the goods to his retailing shops.  Based on the quantity my client will get the free goods for example for 100 qty 10 qty is free goods.  I wanted to setup average cost for this item when he has free goods and it came with 0 cost average cost should be calculated for only 100 quantity and it should be updated to all outlets.   When the same free goods he is selling to customers (POS) it they should
