Effect of SLA customization on Period Close Reports

Hi,

I have a quick question about the AR Reconciliation Report. The balances that are displayed, are they from the AR distributions or from SLA? What I want to know is if I have SLA customization then will the report show differences due to differences in account? What about the Aging Bucket?
