Gets an error when login to Oracle Mobile Production Supervisor

Hi All,

We are getting an error when login to Oracle Mobile Process Production Supervisor in iOS (Apple Mobile)

Error:

HTTP status code 401 Unauthorized: The request requires user authentication.

The response MUST include a www- authenticate header field containing a challenge applicable to the requested resource. The client May repeat the request with a suitable authorization header field.

We are doing the testing on the Oracle Mobile apps on SCM side, where we have applied all the Oracle Mobile patches and done the configuration for Oracle Inventory and Process Manufacturing Production supervisor, but when we login to Oracle Inventory or Process Production supervisor in iOS, its immediately logs out or gets error.
