Issue same as in Doc ID 2209804.1

Hi All,

We are facing exact same issue as mentioned in the Doc ID: 2209804.1

To give an overview of the issue -

An entry was made in application P03B2002

Upon adding the entry the tables these values go into are F03B11 and F03B11T

Later that entry was deleted.

Upon deleting it only gets deleted from F03B11 and still exists in F03B11T

Later when creating the same entry manually it ends up with "Business Function Header failure" error page.

As per the document it was identified as a bug, and ESU was provided.

The ESU mentioned in the bug is already applied to our system. However we are still facing the issue.
