File Check Result: Not all required files have been uploaded.
I seem to be stuck in a loop on an SR. I keep uploading the debug log and the SR automated support keeps asking for the debug log. The SR message is "
Please provide the following file(s):
1. CRM_FND Debug Log:
Please provide the FND Debug log file output file. Instructions explaining how to generate this output are provided in point 3 of Note 1907992.1"
I do that and it comes back with the same message. Is there a certain file name support is looking for?
