Planning 11.1.2.3.700 Account Dimension Export

EIther from the Import\Export menu or from LCM, when exporting the Account dimension, there are quite a few accounts where the alias has shifted the columns over.

There is double quotes and commas that aren't showing in the UI but causing this shift in the export.

How do I get a clean Account export?
