Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Issue while applying Online Patch Enabling Patch 13543062

I have already upgraded EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.0 and now at R12.2.0 level. The Enable Online Patching & 12.2.6 upgrade steps are left. I am now stuck at Enable Online Patching(Enable ADOP) step with below issue:

1. Facing issue while applying the 13543062:R12.ADC patch (ADOP enablement patch). The error details as below:-

FAILED file ADZDPREP.sql on worker 1 for Database's compatibility is not set at 11.2.x or at higher level

ORA-20001 Database's compatibility is not set at 11.2.x or at higher level ORA-06512 at line 48

2. Also please confirm & advise if i would need to apply Patch 25120622: E-BUSINESS SUITE: CONSOLIDATED ONLINE PATCHING ENABLEMENT READINESS REPORT AND GSCC PATCH as well before Online Patching Enablement patch: 13543062:R12.AD.C as per
