Managing XML/XDO files in /tmp for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

We are running Oracle Transportation Manager 6.2.4 (OTM).   What would be the best approach to removing/deleting XML/XDO files generated by OTM in the /tmp directory on Linux server?   Is there a document that best describes how to manage these files to keep them from filling up the root file system?
