error in process '...perl\bin\perl.exe'

Hello again,

Another day..another problem:) Today the main theme is creating DB by Database Configuration Assistant...

so i try create another database(CDB) in 12.2 version, run DCA and get following errors:

Error while executing "...\rdbms\admin\dbmssml.sql". Refer to "...\dbca\orclz\dbmssml0.log" for more details.

Error in Process: ..\perl\bin\perl.exe

in DCUA logs
