We are facing problem for Non LPN items in LPN branch plant

We have enabled the LPN for XX branch plant . However, we did not enable the LPN for some of the products eg: Raw material , packing material . Therefore while receiving the non LPN items system does not consider the highest UOM level (PL) . It always suggests second and third level UOM for putaway location suggestion

Scenario

1.Enable the LPN in branch plant level and complete all the setup

2. Select one item define the UOM structure PL-CA-EA

3. define the Item dimension(P46011) and turn off the LPN for all three level

4. Create a PO and receive the qty equal to PL and check whether system suggest location with PL UOM. In our case system suggests with UOM as CA
