How to enable Multiple tabs for IE11 browser for Open UI

Hi,

We have a business scenario which needs multiple tabs to be opened in IE11 browser for a single user/session of Siebel.

* We navigate to Siebel application from another application

   User search for different parameter in other application and then drilling on the particular search row user navigates to Siebel application.

*When we navigate to Siebel application, we do some checking for that particular record (searched in other app)

* Now if we come back to that other application and search for result, and try to drill down to navigate to Siebel application - application tries to open in another IE11 tab but with error - "You have initiated a Siebel session while another Siebel session is currently active. Please choose the option that applies to you"
