Unable to update customer account profile in Receivables 12.1.3

Hello Everyone,

I am unable to update customer account profile and existing details from the Customer form using Receivables responsibility.

However, I am able to update the same customer details from Trading Community Manager responsibility.

I request if anyone could guide me here. I want to be able to update the customer from AR responsibility.
