Need to open siebel from external application in the same browser window

Hi,

We have a requirement to open Siebel from an external call center application. Depending on the phone number from where the call is received, the external application calls siebel with that phone number as an input and we will open either the Accounts Screen or the Contacts Screen. This has been achieved by writing the login in the script on the applet_load event and adding the applet and view  as a part of the Siebel URL.This Siebel URL is invoked from the external application,which opens the applet and fires the script on the applet load event, which reads the URL
