I'm having trouble rolling back patch 24904852 on a weblogic 12.1.3 installation (server 2008 R2, x6

Hi folks    

I'm trying to update our weblogic 12.1.3 instances to the latest PSU (25388793).   It's failing when opatch tries to rollback the previous one (24904852).   Opatch also reports the same error if I try to roll back that previous PSU individually.

I've applied this new PSU in our DEV and TEST environments without any problems.

I'm running version 13.2 of Opatch, which I believe is the latest valid version for 12.1.3.

I'm running opatch against the Java 1.8.2_113 SDK.  That's also running the weblogic installation as well.

I checked permissions on the inventory directory, and I have full control

The error that I get when I try to roll back 24904852 is (and please bear with me - I'm typing this out by hand, my desktop javascript setup appears to be unwilling to let me copy/paste, so I'll attach the output as a text file)
