UpgPhys taking long time for ddlimp step for S_EVT_ACT table in IP16.11 Upgrade

We are running Upgrade from IP14.17 to IP16.11, currently it is executing UpgPhys and executing ddlimp process.

For S_EVT_ACT table it is running from past 2 days. We are working with DBAs to understand the slowness.

Anybody has any thoughts related to this issue.

syncidx1.log is the log which we are referring to and DBAs confirm that indexes are executed for S_EVT_ACT table.
