Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Patch 9583541 does not update adopmnctl_cmd_1013.tmp

Hi

Can anyone advise why patch 9583541 doesn't update the adopmnctl_cmd_1013.tmp file on windows platform? It seems that patch only contains unix file

$Header: adopmnctl_cmd_1013.tmp 120.1.12010000.3

$Header: adopmnctl_sh_1013.tmp 120.6.12010000.5

We need solve this in windows: 12.1 RUP3 - adforms-c4wsctl Fails (Doc ID 1154863.1)
