Why would SVM 9.2 stop seeing the iSeries Enterprise Server Agent after updating the Group PTF's?

Hi all,

We are upgrading from E1 9.0 on TR 9.1.5.5 to E1 9.2 on TR 9.2.1.1 on an iSeries V7R1 box.  We have two (2) iSeries machines: one for non-prod and one for prod.  Our 9.0 instance is using WebSphere 7.0 for web access and the 9.2 system will be using WAS 9.0.  On our Non-Prod machine we installed the WAS 9.0 required PTF's and Group PTF's, installed WAS 9.0 base and then re-applied the Group PTF's to ensure all required PTF's for WAS 9.0 are installed.  This re-apply is specifically for the HTTP fixes to be completely up to
