Unable to install the OHS with EPM installation

I have installed the DEV Environment and its completed successfully not installing the UAT with the same install file.

the Server Spec are the same in DEV and UAT

I have installed other components, OHS is only not installing getting the attached error.

my OS is Linux RHEL 6
