Enabled FTS but attachments search is not working

we have enabled Full Text Search in Java client and scheduled a cron job in database as per the Note note 1503311.1 .

Came to web client and opened one object under Quality Change Request subclass and added an attachment with a specific content.

Performed advanced search with the condition as Attachments.File Document Text contains any word and mentioned a specific word from the attached which got added in the above step.

But nothing was returned in the search results. Tried doing the bounce with clear cache but did not help.
